Workforce Management Systems Analyst – Security Operations!
As a Business Analyst on GardaWorld’s Security Workforce Management team, you will play a critical role in optimizing the use of GTrack mobile systems and related platforms, including guard tour systems, incident and activity reporting, visitor management tools, vehicle telematics, NSOC integrations, and enterprise tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and Dynamics CRM. You will mentor and support users, manage platform functionality, resolve system issues, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with field operations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Your Responsibilities:
- Support GTrack Systems and other platforms to ensure optimal utilization within the organization.
- Serve as a point of contact for all issues related to the Security Workforce Management solutions, liaising with external partner vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including front-line Security Officers, Account or Project Managers, Client Service Managers, Market Leaders, and Regional Vice Presidents, to assess and understand their needs and translate them into platform requirements and enhancements.
- Help with continual analysis of existing use cases for each solution to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to streamline and optimize processes.
- Conduct regular audits and quality control assessments to survey data integrity, compliance, and successful adoption of company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Study industry trends pertaining to best practices and technological developments associated with GardaWorld's workforce solutions and propose enhancements to platforms and service delivery functionality.
- Generate reports and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) related to operational support and issues and provide analysis and recommendations to leadership teams.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials to support more consistent solution utilization and effective adoption of systems, procedures, and processes.
- Participate in implementation of new functionalities, solution modules, and enhancements within individual platforms as required, collaborating with internal teams and external partner vendors.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Education Degree (BED) in Project Management, Information Technology, or similar related fields, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing security workforce management solutions like those used by GardaWorld.
- Experience in the security contracting industry with a focus on operations, data management processes, compliance, and best practices.
- Participate in a team environment to support assessment of new technologies and tools in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.
