We offer nearly 900 proprietary courses (with plans to add many more) that address company-specific skills, standards, and practices for employees. GardaWorld Academy
To further expand opportunities, we launched a Learning Management System that includes a Skillsoft library of continually expanding course options. This LMS gives employees access to an even broader range of professional and technical learning resources through a modern, scalable learning framework. AI Tools and Training
This AI-powered training immerses employees in real-world workplace conversation scenarios, each supported by three unique AI personalities for individualized, realistic interactions. Every session delivers real-time critiques and practical guidance, helping employees build confidence and strengthen skills in communication, coaching, corrective actions, navigating change, resolving conflict, and handling challenging requests.
