The Training Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting a key national account by organizing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that drive employee performance and ensure compliance with organizational and client standards. This role partners closely with internal leadership, subject matter experts, HR, and account stakeholders to coordinate onboarding, ongoing development, and compliance training aligned to the account’s specific requirements. By managing training schedules, learning systems, and performance metrics, the Training Coordinator helps ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience that supports operational excellence and long-term account success.

Your Responsibilities as Training Coordinator
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions (in-person, virtual, and hybrid)
- Maintain training calendars and communicate schedules to stakeholders
- Support the development and implementation of training programs and materials
- Track employee training completion, certifications, and compliance requirements
- Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training records
- Prepare training reports, metrics, and dashboards for leadership review
- Assist trainers and facilitators with logistics, materials, and technology setup
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance data
- Ensure training aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Identify training gaps and recommend improvements or new programs
- Coordinate onboarding and continuous development programs
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass an extensive screening process
- A valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance eligibility standards.
- 2–5 years of experience in training coordination, HR, or learning & development
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in instructional design or curriculum development
- Knowledge of compliance training (e.g., safety, security, or regulatory programs)
- Certification in training or development (e.g., ATD, CPTD)
