ECAM is seeking a Senior Manager, National Account Project Management to lead execution across national deployments. This role owns project delivery, field training execution, and operational consistency for ECAM’s most strategic accounts nationwide.
This is a high-visibility, hands-on leadership role (Monday–Friday) ideal for an execution-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, field-driven environments.
Position Summary:
The Senior Manager of National Account Project Management is responsible for leading the Project Manager team that drives execution and field-facing coordination across all National, Strategic, and Ghost Account deployments. In addition to overseeing project execution, this role directly manages a select group of senior technicians who serve as training resources for subcontractors, regional field personnel, and regional field technicians — ensuring installation standards are understood, adopted, and consistently applied across the field. The Senior Manager translates program requirements into actionable project plans, drives field execution accountability, and partners closely with the Manager of National Account Program Management to ensure seamless handoff from customer commitments to field delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Development
- Directly lead, coach, and develop the National Account Project Manager team.
- Directly manage a select group of senior technicians designated as field training resources.
- Set clear performance expectations, individual goals, and development plans for all direct reports.
- Build a team culture grounded in accountability, urgency, and operational excellence.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and team meetings to drive alignment.
- Oversee Project Managers responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and delivering National Account installations.
- Ensure on-time, on-spec execution across all active National Account deployments.
- Monitor field execution quality and intervene to resolve bottlenecks, resource gaps, or scheduling conflicts.
- Partner with regional field leaders to ensure Project Manager coordination is effective and accountable.
- Lead a dedicated group of senior technicians responsible for training and upskilling field personnel.
- Deploy training technicians to support onboarding and skills development for subcontractors, regional field technicians, and regional field personnel.
- Develop and maintain standardized training curricula, installation guides, and field reference materials in partnership with the training technician group.
- Ensure training technicians are aligned to active deployment regions and account needs to maximize field readiness.
- Track training completion, technician competency, and field performance improvements resulting from training activities.
- Use field observations and execution data to continuously refine training content and delivery methods.
- Translate customer program playbooks into executable project plans for the Project Manager team.
- Ensure standardized project management and installation processes are followed consistently across all deployments.
- Identify and resolve execution gaps that create variability in field delivery or customer outcomes.
- Monitor workload distribution and adjust resources across Project Managers and training technicians to meet deployment demand.
- Partner with the Manager, National Account Program Management to ensure smooth handoff from customer requirements to field execution.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to confirm material availability and deployment readiness.
- Collaborate with regional Operations leaders to align scheduling, field resources, and training priorities.
- Escalate field execution risks and issues to the Director as needed.
- Track and report on execution KPIs including install cycle time, on-time delivery, SLA adherence, and technician productivity.
- Monitor training effectiveness metrics including subcontractor certification rates, rework rates, and field quality scores.
- Provide the Director with regular status updates, risk flags, and team performance summaries.
- Use data and field insights to drive accountability and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Ensure all project and training documentation is accurate, current, and consistently maintained.
- Competitive salary: $130,000 per year, plus 30% bonus eligibility

- 7+ years of experience in project management, field operations, or service delivery.
- Proven experience managing a team that includes both project/program managers and field technicians.
- Strong background in installation, field execution, or deployment operations.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver technical training programs for field or trade personnel.
- Experience coordinating across Operations, Supply Chain, and regional field leaders.
- Proficiency with project management tools and reporting platforms.
