Security Shift Supervisor – GardaWorld Security Services
GardaWorld Security Services is currently hiring a Security Shift Supervisor.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading security operations during assigned shifts while staying flexible and responsive to changing situations. The job requires strong decision-making, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and effective in fast-moving environments.
As a Shift Supervisor, your duties may include patrols, access control, surveillance monitoring, incident response, and customer service. You will also provide direction and support to other security officers to ensure all site procedures and safety standards are followed.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure assigned property and premises
- Conduct regular patrols to identify safety risks or suspicious activity
- Control access points and verify identities when required
- Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies
- Provide professional customer service while maintaining security standards
- Complete clear and detailed incident and activity reports
- Work with law enforcement or emergency personnel when necessary
- Ensure safety of people, property, and site operations
- Supervise and support security officers during assigned shifts
- Make sure all team members follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Able to pass background screening and drug testing
- Strong ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior lead or shift supervisor experience required
- At least 2 years of security experience required
- Military or law enforcement experience is a plus
- Must have or be able to obtain a CLEET license
