As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

• Set schedule: Full-Time 2:00 PM -10:00 PM Saturday - Wednesday OR 10:00 PM -6:00 AM Saturday - Wednesday 40HRS.

Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Guard

• Verify and document all vehicle information accurately on designated log sheets.
• Monitor and control access to the QTA (Quick Turnaround Area), ensuring only authorized vehicles enter or exit.
• Enforce access procedures by ensuring all non company vehicles use a valid swap card to enter or exit the lot.
• Conduct visual inspections of vehicles entering and leaving the QTA to confirm proper identification and authorization.
• Maintain a secure and organized workflow by directing vehicle traffic as needed.
• Stand and remain alert for extended periods while monitoring vehicle movement and access points.
• Report any irregularities, unauthorized access attempts, or security concerns to management promptly.
• Provide clear communication and support to team members, rental staff, and drivers as necessary.

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard

• Must be 21 years or Older with a Valid Driver's License
• Must have NO speeding tickets, DUI's or Suspensions in the past 7 years.
• Previous security, parking control, or vehicle checkpoint experience preferred but not required.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Good eyesight and excellent abilities to maintain focus
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
