As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

- Set schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm

Responsibilities of Surveillance Post Commander:
- Oversee daily operations of a security team consisting of 15+ officers and supervisors
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to ensure high performance and accountability
- Empower team members through coaching, recognition, and performance development
- Conduct regular briefings, training sessions, and performance evaluations
- Maintain a strong command presence while fostering a professional and positive work environment
- Manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced distribution center environment
- Coordinate security coverage, site activities, and incident response effectively
- Communicate and collaborate with multiple vendors, contractors, and departments
- Ensure all security posts are properly staffed and function efficiently
- Oversee daily operations of a security team consisting of 15+ officers and supervisors
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to ensure high performance and accountability
- Empower team members through coaching, recognition, and performance development
- Conduct regular briefings, training sessions, and performance evaluations
- Maintain a strong command presence while fostering a professional and positive work environment
Qualifications of a Surveillance Post Commander:
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of Site Supervisor experience or preferred two years of Post Commander experience is required
- Fluent and detailed writing skills required
- Advanced computer skills, (Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Strong report writing skills
- Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
- Strong proficiency with technology
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
- You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
