As a GardaWorld Flex Security Officer, you will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong security presence and protecting our clients' people, property, and assets.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming visitors, verifying identification, and assisting employees and guests.
  • Control access to the property by ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
  • Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols to identify security or safety concerns.
  • Monitor and inspect security equipment and report any maintenance or operational issues.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms while following established procedures.
  • Provide basic first aid when appropriate and coordinate with emergency responders as needed.
  • Answer questions and provide assistance in person and by phone.
  • Prepare accurate incident, activity, and daily reports.
  • Communicate security concerns promptly to supervisors and clients.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by remaining alert and responding effectively to unexpected situations.

Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to report to all scheduled shifts on time.
  • Ability to work the assigned full-time schedule, including weekends.
  • Ability to pass an extensive background screening process.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
  • Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.
  • Current CLEET license or the ability to obtain one.
