Your Responsibilities as a Security Manager of Special Operations
  • Operational Oversight: Partner with the Strategic Account National team and local branch teams to ensure consistent security operations across assigned sites. Conduct site visits, review reports, evaluate performance, and ensure compliance with client contracts and company policies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison between GardaWorld, clients, and assigned staff. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, meet regularly with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure service expectations and KPIs are met.
  • Program Management & Improvement: Maintain in-depth knowledge of site procedures, post orders, staffing needs, emergency protocols, and client policies. Recommend operational improvements and identify opportunities to enhance the client’s security program.
  • Compliance & Performance Monitoring: Conduct periodic reviews of Statements of Work (SOW) and contract compliance. Ensure teams meet operational standards and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Reporting & Project Support: Analyze operational data and prepare internal reports, action plans, and client presentations. Support complex integration projects, contract onboarding, and implementation of security initiatives.
  • Leadership & Support: Provide guidance, training, and operational support to account managers and supervisors, ensuring teams perform effectively and maintain high service standards.
Your Qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to pass an extensive screening process
  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • A valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance eligibility standards.
  • Must be over the age of 21
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of security management experience
  • Must have experience overseeing multiple sites
  • Must have leadership experience

  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experienced in project management and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Professional, self-motivated, and committed to ethical standards and teamwork
