Job Description
Organizational Development Specialist: Drive Engagement, Culture, and Employee Success!The Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for providing support to branch HR teams in the areas of Frontline officer and Overhead Onboarding (Both virtual and in person), initial IT education, in person and virtual leadership trainings, and assisting with onsite hosted trainings. This is all done with a focus on improving culture, employee engagement, and, ultimately, retention.

- Provide system admin. support to branches for the learning management system
- Build out learning paths in the learning management system
- Assist in the management of employee recognition programs
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass an extensive screening process
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources/business management or related field or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 1-2 years in an employee engagement or training role
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
