As a Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.
What’s in it for you: You must have experience in Construction projects, especially in areas in which people skills are a premium. Must be in reasonably good shape.
- Site Location: Las Vegas, NV
- Set schedule: 24-hour work week
- Shift: Grave: 10pm to 6am: Location 1: Monday & Tuesday/Location 2: Thursday.
- Competitive hourly wage of $18 to $19 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities for Response Security Guard:
- Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
- You are able to work at 2 different locations, with different mission expectations.
- You have outstanding attention to detail, as you patrol the areas by foot and by car, keeping area free of theft, damage, injury, or threats of harm.
- You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- You provide rapid response in critical situations.
- You are physically able to be on your feet during your shift, if need be, and handle any weather conditions.
- You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
- You exercise exceptional people skills as you greet visitors, workers, guests, and residents, as you patrol, check IDs, and answer and respond to calls.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
Qualifications for Response Security Guard:
- You have at least a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
- You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
- You are in excellent shape in order to stand, sit, or walk throughout your shift, and handle any weather situations.
- You have exceptional people skills, and can handle large group
- You have the ability to work at 2 different locations with different mission requirements.
- You have at least 2 years of security experience at an HOA or hospitality property.
- You excel in using computers, laptops, CCTV, cell phones, and other electronic tools in a safe manner.
- You have a valid Driver's License.
- You have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- You have high work ethic.
- You have a valid PILB in hand.
- You are authorized to work in the U.S.
