As a Flex Security Officer, no two days are the same. You'll support a variety of client locations and events, providing exceptional security services through patrols, access control, surveillance, and customer service. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, adaptable, and ready to step in wherever they are needed.

Schedule Requirement:
This position requires full scheduling flexibility. Team members must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor facilities and property to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Conduct routine patrols and identify potential security risks
• Control access points and verify employee, visitor, and contractor credentials
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns
• Deliver outstanding customer service while enforcing site policies
• Safely operate a motor vehicle for extended periods when required
• Complete detailed and accurate incident and activity reports
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as needed
• Protect people, property, and assets at assigned locations

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to successfully complete an extensive background screening process
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in changing situations
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• State security license, if required by law
• Previous experience in Security, Military, Law Enforcement, or a related field is a plus
