The Security Training Manager is a pivotal operational position within the GardaWorld, responsible for overseeing branch and site specific training programs, ensuring compliance, managing uniforms, and collaborating with branch and field operations to develop training programs. This role is dedicated to the development and management of internal training initiatives.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist the Account Manager/Project Manager in overseeing contractual and operational procedures for the GardaWorld Security Services contract, ensuring high-quality security services.
  • Conduct on-site investigations for personnel-related matters
  • Manage all training programs related to the maintenance of security services contract
  • Liaison with key branch staff such as security officer’s managers, HR and key personnel; providing training updates.
  • Coordinate and develop training activities for security officers and site leadership, including ad hoc, new officers, specialized training, off-site, On Job Training, continuing education, and quarterly training.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with client, state licensure, and GardaWorld mandatory requirements.
  • Implement a quality assurance program, including audits and monthly inspections.
  • Review operational procedures and suggest improvements to client.
  • Manage inspection programs and oversee special events.
  • Order uniforms for new officers and maintain the uniform room.
  • Guide the introduction process, as well as site-specific and continuous training program development.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours outside of the normal working hours to facilitate and meet the goals/objectives of security operations and undertake other ad-hoc assignments as necessary to meet the goals of security operations.
  • Must become Sled instructor and CPR trainers (company cost)
Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a security environment with a combined concentration of quality assurance, quality control, open-platform training, licensing and credentials, and contract compliance/investigations.
  • Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, and/or military is a plus.
  • You have a Bachelors degree or higher
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to pass an extensive screening process
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Possess superb multi-tasking ability and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
