Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Security & Loss Prevention Investigator to lead complex investigations across loss prevention, security, and safety incidents in a fast-paced, high-visibility, fan-facing environment.
This role blends loss prevention and asset protection investigations with non-loss prevention security and safety investigations, including workplace incidents, policy violations, and operational risk events. The Senior Investigator partners closely with Security Operations Center (SOC) Dispatchers, who manage camera monitoring and system alerts, while this role leads field response, investigative interviews, fact development, case documentation, and findings.
In addition to investigative leadership, this role provides functional supervision, mentoring, and coaching to Investigators, Security Officers, and SOC Dispatchers to elevate security operations, investigative quality, reporting standards, and operational judgment.
This position is ideal for senior investigators from asset protection, organized retail crime, corporate security, law enforcement, military police, or safety/EHS investigation backgrounds who bring investigative rigor, strong judgment, and polished fan-facing professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Advanced Investigations — Loss Prevention, Security & Safety
- Lead complex investigations involving theft, fraud, organized retail crime (ORC), policy violations, and misconduct
- Lead non-LP investigations involving security incidents, safety events, near-misses, and operational disruptions
- Respond to SOC Dispatcher referrals and investigative alerts for field follow-up
- Conduct structured fact-finding, scene assessments, and timeline reconstruction
- Conduct professional investigative interviews with witnesses, subjects, and reporting parties using neutral questioning techniques
- Collect, document, and validate physical, digital, and testimonial evidence
- Build legally and administratively defensible case files suitable for internal action or law enforcement referral
- Differentiate facts, statements, observations, and findings in all documentation
- Coordinate with leadership, HR, Safety, Legal, and law enforcement partners when required
- Partner with SOC Dispatchers who perform CCTV monitoring, alerting, and video review
- Receive SOC evidence packages, timelines, and alert summaries
- Define additional evidence needs and investigative gaps for SOC support
- Conduct field validation and investigative expansion based on SOC findings
- Reconcile field findings with SOC timelines and record
- Conduct investigative-minded patrols of interior and exterior areas
- Support access control and restricted area verification
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and elevated risk situations
- Apply de-escalation, conflict management, and proportional response techniques
- Support operational risk reduction and policy compliance measures
- Provide senior investigative presence during events and peak fan traffic periods
- Identify opportunistic risk patterns during surges and congestion
- Support safe fan flow, queue conditions, and crowd movement safety
- Adjust investigative prioritization during high-volume operational periods
- Balance enforcement posture with fan experience standards
- Provide day-to-day functional supervision of Investigators, Security Officers, and SOC Dispatchers during assigned operations
- Coach Investigators on investigative methodology, interviewing, and case structure
- Review investigative reports and case files for accuracy, objectivity, and completeness
- Provide real-time field coaching during active incidents and investigations
- Mentor junior staff on evidence handling, documentation standards, and professional conduct
- Guide SOC Dispatchers on investigative evidence needs and escalation thresholds
- Conduct after-action reviews and case debriefs to improve investigative quality
- Identify performance and training gaps and recommend development actions
- Reinforce policy, legal, and professionalism standards across teams
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years investigative experience in one or more of the following:
- Loss Prevention / Asset Protection investigations
- Security or corporate investigations
- Law enforcement or military police
- Safety / EHS investigations
- Demonstrated ownership of investigations from intake through findings
- Strong investigative interview and fact-finding skills
- Advanced report writing and case documentation ability
- Experience handling evidence and maintaining documentation integrity
- Demonstrated sound judgment and policy/legal compliance awareness
- Ability to operate professionally in a high-visibility, fan-facing environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
