Now Hiring an SOC Operator / Security Dispatcher!


We’re looking for a sharp, observant professional to join our Security Operations Center (SOC). In this role, you’ll be the critical link between technology, investigation, and response, protecting people, property, and operations through real-time monitoring, incident management, and loss prevention investigations.

Qualifications of a GSOC Dispatcher:
  • REQUIRED: Minimum 1 year of experience in a SOC/GSOC, dispatch, command center, or central station monitoring environment
  • Prior loss prevention or investigative experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted
  • Background in security, law enforcement, or military a plus
  • Experience working in 24/7 operations or shift-based environments

Pay Rate: $23.00 / hour
  • Location: King of Prussia, PA
  • Schedule Available: Sunday and Monday 2:00PM - 10:00PM and Wednesday and Thursday 6:30AM to 2:30PM. (32 Hours Per Week)

Responsibilities of an GSOC Dispatcher
  • Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to detect suspicious activity or security threats
  • Investigate and document loss prevention incidents, asset discrepancies, and unusual trends
  • Conduct threat analysis and escalate incidents according to established procedures
  • Operate, explain, and troubleshoot dispatch and monitoring software platforms (candidates must clearly describe system workflows and dispatch processes)
  • Dispatch and coordinate security officers and field personnel via radio, phone, and digital communication channels
  • Maintain detailed incident logs and prepare comprehensive investigative reports for management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, emergency responders, and law enforcement as needed
  • Support on-site security teams and ensure compliance with company safety protocols
  • Manage confidential information and sensitive data with discretion and professionalism






Skills of a GSOC Dispatcher
  • Strong investigative mindset with experience in loss prevention or incident analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to operate and articulate the functions of dispatch, monitoring, and security software systems (e.g., Genetec, Oncloud, Motorola Wave, Ontic)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear and concise report writing
  • Customer service–oriented with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable interpreting data, assessing risk, and making quick, informed decisions




Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, and monitor multiple systems for extended periods
  • Occasional lifting/carrying of up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to respond quickly to auditory and visual alerts
  • Proficient reading, writing, and comprehension skills for instructions and reports
