GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Surveillance Security Officer!
We require the Security Agent to possess a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC®) and Guard Card, and be able to physically produce these credentials in order to proceed.

As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

- Applicants must be fully flexible and available to work any day of the week and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as scheduling needs may vary. Guaranteed or set schedules will not be offered for this position.

Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Rover
- Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
- Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
- Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
- Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
- Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Rover
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
- You have an Active TWIC Card *Please note that GardaWorld will not cover the costs of obtaining the credential*
- Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Strong report writing skills
- Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
- Strong proficiency with technology
- You have 3 years as a lead security guard
- You have 3 years as vehicle patrol officer
- You have 1 year as a Security Rover
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
- Flexible Availability: Must be willing and able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as operational needs require. Shifts may vary from week to week, and guaranteed or fixed schedules are not available for this position. Flexibility is essential to support changing client needs, ensure adequate coverage, and maintain service excellence.
