As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

- Site Location: Philadelphia, PA
- Schedule 1: Part Time, 3rd Shift, Friday-Saturday, 11:00PM-7:00AM (40 Hours Per Week)
- Schedule 2: Part Time, 1st Shift, Friday-Saturday, 7:00AM-3:00PM (16 Hours Per Week)
- Schedule 3: Full Time, 2nd Shift, Sunday-Thursday 3:00PM-11:00PM (40 Hours Per Week)
- Schedule 4: Part Time, 2nd Shift, Friday-Saturday, 3:00PM-11:00PM (16 Hours Per Week)
- Schedule 5: Part Time, 3rd Shift, Friday-Saturday, 3:00PM-11:00PM (16 Hours Per Week)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard
- Monitor building access – Greet and verify visitors, contractors, and employees entering the premises.
- Patrol premises – Conduct routine interior and/or exterior patrols to ensure safety and enforce policies.
- Incident response – Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, disturbances, or medical situations according to protocol.
- Report writing – Document incidents, suspicious activity, and daily shift logs accurately and professionally.
- Enforce property rules – Maintain order by ensuring STRICT compliance with building regulations.
- Front desk presence – Serve as the first point of contact in the lobby or reception area, maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Visitor management – Register guests, issue access passes, and direct them appropriately.
- Tenant/Resident assistance – Provide helpful information, handle minor complaints, and assist with package handling or deliveries (if applicable).
- Coordinate with building staff – Communicate with maintenance, cleaning teams, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide concierge-level support – High-end environment-managing amenity access
Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Observation and problem solving abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Familiarity with access control and security technology
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
- You have a state license if required
