You’ll spend 70% of your time in the tactical trenches — recruiting leaders, managing financials, engaging clients — and 30% shaping the future through strategic planning, forecasting, and team development. Your Responsibilities
  • Drive year-over-year growth in regional revenue, profit dollars, and profit percentage.
  • Improve employee engagement scores across all branches within the assigned region.
  • Achieve a minimum 95% annual client retention rate by conducting regular in-person visits with key accounts (monthly or quarterly, based on size and scope).
  • Personally recruit at least two new management or staff members in the region each year.
  • Actively mentor and develop at least two team members annually for internal promotion.
  • Lead personal sales efforts to win new accounts and contribute to at least 10% annual regional growth.
  • Attain proficiency in all relevant company systems, including onboarding, scheduling, financial tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all GardaWorld Mandatory Requirements across the region.
  • Model the GardaWorld Values daily, setting the standard for ethical leadership and operational excellence.
Your Qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in contract security services
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and client relationship management
