We are seeking an Account Manager – Security Operations to lead day-to-day performance at this flagship site. While prior physical security experience is not required, candidates must bring strong operations leadership skills—including staff management, client service, compliance oversight, and financial accountability.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership and onsite stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships that reinforce trust and long-term success.
- Address and resolve client or team issues quickly and effectively.
- Represent GardaWorld in all client interactions with professionalism and integrity.
- Lead day-to-day operations for the site, ensuring contracted KPIs are consistently met.
- Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
- Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
- Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
- Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow-ups.
- Keep Client Summary Forms (CSF) and Account Summary Forms (ASF) current.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management of frontline teams.
- Collaborate with local branch leadership, K-9 teams, and law enforcement partners.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and safety requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve site security and crisis management plans.
- Monitor budgets, billing, and financial performance—including forecasting and margin analysis.
- Maintain accurate account records, summaries, and compliance documentation.
- Provide timely data analysis, operational reporting, and presentations to both client and internal leadership.
- Partner with local branch teams to ensure accurate pricing estimates and contract execution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Able to pass an extensive screening process
- 3+ years of progressive operations leadership experience (hospitality, retail, events, logistics, or similar industries).
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable for performance.
- Strong client service orientation with excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis to ensure operational and financial success.
- Skilled in presentations, reporting, and professional correspondence; able to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM/ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Capable of managing competing priorities, solving problems under pressure, and driving operational excellence.
