As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, HOAs, airports, detention centers, etc.

Performance Metrics: The Field Supervisor is expected to achieve the following metrics within GardaWorld's performance-based business environment:

• 100% of shifts covered by qualified personnel at all accounts during the responsible shift
• Personnel inspections and training of personnel to all accounts during the responsible shift
• Personnel recruiting to ensure full staffing levels
• Develop a minimum of one Special Response Officers for promotion annually
• Become proficient in all company software systems (on-boarding, scheduling, financial)
• 100% compliance to the Garda World Mandatory Requirements
• Lead by example of living up to the Garda Values
• Can work any shift, as needed.

Personal Characteristics: Company-Wide Culture - High Integrity (Character Beyond Reproach), that can pass a background check. You have 3 years of experience in security and at least 2 years in a supervisory role as a Site Lead or higher, and has a current PILB. A Servant Leader (Never Asking Anyone to Do What You Aren’t Willing to Do), Hands-On Leader, Financially Prudent, Detail-Oriented, Thick-Skinned, Fun. Can handle driving responsibilities, having a DL, and a clean driving record. You have at least a High School/GED diploma or transcripts in hand. You have strong multiple tasking skills. As well as must be flexible. During the probation period (90 days) no time off unless it is discussed during the interview or an emergency. You are also a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
