As a Security Surveillance Analyst – Surveillance, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, 1st shift 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday, 1st shift 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, 2nd shift 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Full-time, Sunday through Thursday, 3rd shift 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • Part-time, Sunday and Monday, 1st shift 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Part-time, Friday and Saturday, 2nd shift 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Part-time, Friday and Saturday, 3rd shift 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analyst monitors, responds to, and maintains the security systems used to protect company property and coworkers. This includes access control and intrusion detection, closed-circuit surveillance, and fire detection systems. GSOC Analysts also monitor paid, open, and social intelligence feeds for security incidents and disasters with the potential to create business disruptions globally, using internal tools to communicate those risks.
This role requires a heightened aptitude for technical tools and computer software, and it requires the ability to multi-task under pressure. The GSOC is also a critical customer service environment, requiring frequent communications with others by phone and email. The right candidate will be a critical thinker, good at problem-solving and exceptionally level-headed; able to collaborate effectively with others, but also capable of making independent decisions while referring to internal process documents.

Your background:

  • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED) – bachelor’s degree or continuing education preferred
  • You are a current college student (Cybersecurity, computer science, and other related technological / analytical fields)
  • You have experience with data entry / analyzing
  • You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
  • You have Military or Law Enforcement experience, preferred
  • If you have previous security experience, previous GSOC or Intelligence Analyst experience – even better!
  • You have a state license if required
  • You have the proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • You’ve demonstrated the ability to detect urgency levels and make effective decisions under pressure
  • You’re able to multi-task under pressure
  • You have experience in critically evaluating situations, applying strong problem-solving techniques, and making sound decisions
  • You can utilize procedural documents and provided tools to work independently with little direct supervision
  • You have strong attention to detail, good written and oral communication skills – able to collaborate with peers and management, as well as interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • You’re proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • You can be flexible with your schedule, able to accommodate varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
