At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in the Central Valley and surrounding area.
Compensation: $22.00 / hour
Shift: Varies - MUST BE ON-CALL EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK (OVERNIGHT, SWING, & MORNING SHIFTS).
The Special Response Officer is an operational employee cross-trained at multiple sites and available to work any shift, including weekends, reporting into a Client Services Manager. The Special Response Officer is an hourly position that includes manning a security post while also providing occasional operational support to include compliance, post order development, training, and fleet maintenance support during working hours. The Special Response Officer role is 100% tactical and operational. Special Response Officer ensures a high-quality replacement officer or supervisor to our customers on those occasions when the regularly scheduled officer or site-supervisor cannot be present. Special Response Officers are expected to build upon a culture of employee engagement and set the example for all employees at each account of servant leadership and personal commitment to the GardaWorld Values.

About the job:
- You will provide coverage at different sites throughout the Central Valley and surrounding area.
- Must be available to work all days of the week.
- Must be available to work overnight, swing shift, and mornings.
- Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
- You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- You provide rapid response in critical situations.
- You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
Your background:
- You have an Arizona Guard License (required)
- You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
