About the Job: This is a Leadership Role!

  • The field supervisor will oversee all facility security to protect all assets.
  • Enforce uniform standards for all on-site officers
  • Takes proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment for staff and visitors.
  • Provides specialized security and monitors access to limited and restricted access areas, such as inventory areas, network equipment areas, and employee files and confidential records.
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs and security inspections for assigned facilities.
  • Responding to security emergencies such as fires, medical emergencies, or bomb threats
  • Write corrective action forms as needed
  • You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent customer service is always a top priority.
  • You’re good at reading and writing detailed reports.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    About the Qualifications:
  • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
  • You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have a state security license (or the ability to obtain one)
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license with no restriction B
  • Must be able to demonstrate a stable work history.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Data Entry, etc.)
  • Must have previous supervisor experience 1 year MIN experience in a similar or equivalent role.
  • Must have previous account management in security or similar.
  • Must be able to walk and stand for long periods 8+ hours a day if needed
