GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Scheduling and Payroll Manager to fulfill different assignments for our clients.

General Administrative responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Input weekly schedules and update working schedule daily
  • Review reports daily/weekly to ensure accuracy in payroll and billing
  • Compile weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on hours billed and dark post for client submission
  • Ordering, distributing and (if needed) installing cores and locks
  • Adding/removing/creating special access request
  • Personnel file maintenance – filling documents in personnel files and updating compliance tracker
  • Uniform inventory/Ordering
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
  • Respond quickly to critical situations
  • Ability to read and write detailed reports
  • Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Experience with Scheduling Employee's and Processing Payroll experience is required.

  • Experience in Record Keeping and Accounts Receivable/Payable is required.

  • Experience working in WinTeam is preferred.

  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel, MS Word, and MS Powerpoint

General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:
  • Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
  • Pass an extensive screening process
