- Monthly Auto Allowance: Receive a monthly auto allowance paid bi-weekly.
- Find New Clients: Identify and target potential clients to secure new business.
- Market Analysis: Study local and expansion markets to find sales opportunities.
- Develop Strategies: Create pricing and business development plans.
- Prepare Materials: Write proposals, respond to RFPs, and create sales presentations.
- Collaborate: Work with local management and Regional VPs on sales opportunities.
- Follow Up: Track leads, follow up on referrals, and prepare status reports.
- Brand Building: Plan activities to boost our brand in your market.
- Negotiate Deals: Handle sales terms, contract details, and implementation timelines.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- A college degree in business or a related field is required.
- At least three years of experience in business development or B2B sales, ideally with a focus on selling services to businesses.
- Must be able to undergo an extensive screening process.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
