At BEST, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Arlington, Texas:
Compensation: $17 / hour
Shift: Part-Time, Able to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays as Cowboys games are scheduled.
About the job:
- Portray strong problem-solving regarding events and tickets
- Familiarize self with the venue to better assist our guests with location related questions
- Identify and solve basic Fortress scanning issues
- Portray strong problem-solving skills including listening, identifying, and resolving problems in a calm and friendly manner
- Meet high standards of cleanliness and appearance
- Strive to be welcoming, knowledgeable, and willing to assist guests in any way
- Adhere to the Service Mission Statement and Core Values of AT&T Stadium
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Able to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to handle external strenuous outdoor environments including adverse weather conditions
- Able to stand for extended periods of time, walk, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear, use hands to reach and handle mobile devices
- Knowledge of SeatGeek Ticketing system a plus
- Knowledge on ticketing apps a plus
- Knowledge of Fortress Access Mgmt a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products a plus
- Flexibility in adapting to changing schedules, weather conditions, and guest needs
- Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Bilingual a plus
