Job Description
Position Summary
The IT Support Project Analyst is responsible for supporting the Help Desk team by facilitating and coordinating all IT-related equipment for new branch office set up or moves. The IT Coordinator is also responsible for working with GardaWorld’s telecom, printer and ISP vendors to make sure all IT equipment is working and set up properly prior to taking ownership of the branch office.
Essential Functions

- Facilitate and coordinate all IT equipment for standing up a new GardaWorld office or moving an existing GardaWorld office.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and work tickets assigned for setting up a new office or moving an existing office.
- Track IT invoices, making sure they are submitted to the finance team and paid on time.
- Work directly with IT vendors to ensure all work is coordinated and completed on time.
- Acts as a liaison between vendors and technical staff.
- Monitor and track all printer leases for Headquarters and branch offices.
- Update and input IT network equipment in 3rd party applications.
- Prepare IT equipment for configuration by the infrastructure team.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
- Associate degree or trade school preferred.
- CompTIA A+ preferred
- 2-3 years of vendor relations
- 1-2 years of working in Jira

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, hourly, non-exempt position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require occasional long hours and weekend work.
