Compensation: $26 / hour
Shift 1: Grave: 2230 to 0630: Saturday.
Shift 2: Swing: 1430 to 2230: Saturday & Sunday.

  • Excellent customer service is always your top priority, as you fulfill the critical need of Access Control.
  • You are a great Team player!
  • You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
  • You present a physical deterrent by performing Patrols, both on foot and by vehicle: Interior/Exterior.
  • You can reflect high Ideals, by representing Garda World, as you work and communicate with members of our client, that reflect positively upon Garda World.
  • You limit vagrancy, theft, vandalism, or threats for a safe experience.
  • You provide rapid response in critical situations.
  • You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
  • You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
  • You are comfortable with Body Camera Usage on your person.
Your background:
  • You have at least a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
  • You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
  • You have at least 1 year of Armed Security Experience.
  • You have at least 2 years of working in a High-End HOA.
  • Your qualifications are current.
  • You have a "Do what it takes" attitude and have a history of success.
  • You have your own approved weapon/ammo/holster.
  • You have an Armed PILB in hand.
  • You can pass a Psych Evaluation Exam prior to an interview.
  • You are comfortable wearing Body Cameras.
  • You are also proficient in working with Computers, phones, and other Hi-Tech tools.
  • You have a DL and clean driving record.
  • You have CPR Certification or can be certified within two weeks of an offer.
  • You are able to walk, stand, or sit throughout assigned shift, and can handle the weather.
  • You must be over 21 years old.
  • You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
