Work Site Location: Fort Pierce, FL
Set Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require long hours and weekend work.

Your Responsibilities
Team Management- Overseeing a team of 40+ officers, including recruitment, hiring and training. Develop schedules, conduct performance reviews, address employee concerns.
Security Operations- Oversee daily security operations including patrols, access control, and incident response. Monitor surveillance system and respond to alarms. Conduct investigations and enforce policy and procedure.
Client Relations- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff. Address client concerns and implement solutions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Emergency Preparedness- Develop and implement emergency response plans. Conduct regular drills and training exercises .Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation- identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities. Implement measures to mitigate risk and enhance security.
Leadership & Supervision- Oversee security officers, ensure training and development is up to date, manage incident response and maintain a safe environment.
Operations Duties- Patrols and monitoring, access control, investigations, reporting and documentation.
Collaboration & Communication - Interdepartmental liaison, patient and visitor interaction, communication with staff and clients.
Your Qualifications:
5+ Years in security management.
Must have experience with emergency response.
Must have security management experience.
Must have experience in a healthcare facility.
Preference for candidate to hold a CPI (or other healthcare designation).
