  • Competitive Salary: $93,600.00 / year

  • Work Site Location: Fort Pierce, FL

  • Set Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require long hours and weekend work.

Your Responsibilities

  • Team Management- Overseeing a team of 40+ officers, including recruitment, hiring and training. Develop schedules, conduct performance reviews, address employee concerns.

  • Security Operations- Oversee daily security operations including patrols, access control, and incident response. Monitor surveillance system and respond to alarms. Conduct investigations and enforce policy and procedure. 

  • Client Relations- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff. Address client concerns and implement solutions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. 

  • Emergency Preparedness- Develop and implement emergency response plans. Conduct regular drills and training exercises .Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services. 

  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation- identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities. Implement measures to mitigate risk and enhance security.

  • Leadership & Supervision- Oversee security officers, ensure training and development is up to date, manage incident response and maintain a safe environment. 

  • Operations Duties- Patrols and monitoring, access control, investigations, reporting and documentation. 

  • Collaboration & Communication - Interdepartmental liaison, patient and visitor interaction, communication with staff and clients. 

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years in security management.

  • Must have experience with emergency response.

  • Must have security management experience.

  • Must have experience in a healthcare facility.

  • Preference for candidate to hold a CPI (or other healthcare designation).
