Location: AT&T Stadium, Arlington, TX

Salary: $27.00 / per hour

Position Summary:
The Guest Services Event Day Team Crew Member for the Owners Club at AT&T Stadium with BEST Crowd Management is critical in delivering our VIP guests an unparalleled premium hospitality experience. This position requires a high level of professionalism, customer service skills, and the ability to anticipate and exceed the needs of high-profile clients. Team members will ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience from arrival until leaving the stadium.

Team Supervisor Responsibilities:
    • Greet and welcome all Owners Club guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
    • Provide personalized assistance to VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
    • Maintain a strong knowledge of all stadium amenities, services, and event details to assist guests effectively.
    • Disciplined manage guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring all interactions reflect the highest service standards.
    • Monitor the environment of the Owners Club, ensuring it remains clean, comfortable, and aligned with the luxury standards expected by our VIP guests.
    • Must have prior experience with Owner Club / VIP Hospitality clientele.
    • Previous Supervisor experience as Owner of Club/ VIP hospitality or Event Management.
    • Use technology, such as iPads and Radios, to facilitate guest access to premium areas and ensure all protocols and procedures are followed.
    • Use a ticket scanning device to scan event tickets, ensuring that the proper ticket is being used to gain entry
    • Distribute appropriate RFID wristbands to the guest by their ticket and access level
    • Work closely with security, housekeeping, and other stadium departments to ensure a smooth operation during events.
    • Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure a consistent guest experience across all areas of the Owners Club.
    • Participate in pre-event briefings to stay informed about event-specific details and special daily requirements.
    • Provide support to other guest services team members as needed, ensuring the overall success of the event.
    • Complete all required paperwork with accuracy and promptly, ensuring all event records and guest interactions are appropriately documented

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a premium hospitality, luxury hotel, or high-end customer service environment.
  • Must have 1 to 3 years of professional-level experience. If you've worked in event staffing and hospitality industry.
  • At least one year of previous experience in customer service or hospitality is essential.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced event or stadium setting is a plus.
  • Articulate decision-making, use good judgment and discretion and know when to notify superiors and colleagues.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, handling difficult situations gracefully.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest quality of service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take initiative when needed.
Availability:
    • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the event schedule.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate through large crowds.
    • Must be able to work 90% of significant events held at AT&T Stadium.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods during events.
