JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary
As a Corporate Recruiting Coordinator at GardaWorld Security Services, you’ll be a key player in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our corporate overhead positions. The Corporate Recruiting Coordinator's expertise will contribute to our organization's strategic growth.

Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

JOB DUTIES:

  • Establish an engagement campaign with local colleges, universities, and community career programs within the St. Louis market.
  • Attend professional career fairs to attract entry and mid-level talent for hourly roles based out of corporate headquarters.
  • Schedule interviews for candidates and proactively manage urgent interview scheduling changes.
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to design an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to keep the candidate pipeline moving.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support ad hoc assignments supporting Corporate and Overhead Recruiting

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience recruiting in an office setting for professional roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent with verbal and written communication.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be a team player; adept at working with multiple people at any time.
  • Flexibility: able to shift tasks and priorities; comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • Creativity and process-driven: you're constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently.
