The Role:
As an ECAMSECURE Command Center Lead you are responsible for a wide range of complex administrative and operational activities surrounding the business of security surveillance accounts. The lead will manage Command Center Operators in the monitoring process and report to the manager, coordinate communications involving monitored/surveilled accounts, be a first point of contact for all incoming field and customer calls, and work with monitoring the CC Team to make sure they properly deter, detect, analyze, and respond successfully to inbound calls.

Compensation: $22 per hour

  • A quick Trouble shooter and Problem-solver

  • Work Independently and have dependable work ethic

  • Have the ability to see things other people miss

  • Sit for long periods in front of the computer—and it doesn’t bother you

  • Think quick on your feet while calling clients, law enforcement and other rapid response entities.

  • Observe and report what just occurred in a timely manner

  • Handle Incoming and outgoing phone calls from clients, employees and vendors

  • Able to Input data into our systems for documentation and follow-up, if necessary

  • Monitor and update systems with employee and client information

  • Have the ability to self-manage

What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table:

  • 2-3 year Supervisor customer service or CCTV call center experience

  • High School or higher

  • Technical skills a plus

  • Be well organized with a strong attention to detail

  • Above average computer talents and strong typing skills

  • Excellent phone communication and employee relations

  • Excellent skills with large employee base

  • Ability to manage long periods in front of the computer

  • Pass all hiring requirements, including background, drug test
