The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for turning data into actionable insights that drive business decisions by providing analysis and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis to meet the needs of multiple GWSS departments. This role requires a subject-matter expert in efficient information retrieval, with the ability to analyze large datasets, design and maintain insightful dashboards, and develop reporting solutions that empower management and stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. The BI Analyst will work closely with various departments and levels to understand their needs and deliver accurate, timely, and impactful reports. - Competitive Salary: $65,000 – $85,000.00 / year depending on experience

- Set Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide data research and compilation by working with Branch and Corporate staff to ensure data collection is complete and timely.
- Create and produce actionable reports, interactive dashboards, ad hoc requests, etc. that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement in current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.
- Establish key performance metrics and implement strategies for their continued improvement.
- Assist in compiling and publishing HR performance metrics according to the assigned operating rhythm.
- Assist in compiling and publishing organizational reporting according to predetermined frequency.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of SQL programming preferred (SSMS/ETL)
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency with intermediate to advanced Excel skill set
- Proficiency in Power BI desktop, Power Query, DAX, and data modeling techniques.
- SAP Web Intelligence experience is a plus
- Experience researching problems, digging deep, and finding solutions
- Prior experience with compliance, internal audits, and/or documentation is a plus
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass an extensive screening process including a background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
