Position Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Benefits Administrator to join our Benefits team! In this role, you will assist employees with their benefits enrollment and address any associated inquiries. The perfect candidate will demonstrate a dedication to customer service, excel in multitasking, and exhibit outstanding written and oral communication skills.


Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • The 401k Administrator works with new hires, current employees and retirees to help educate them on plan features and operation, eligibility, and processing changes.
  • Work with vendors to ensure accurate data transfer and timely, accurate wire transfers
  • Administer retirement plans, including eligibility, enrollment, changes, distributions, loans, wire transfers, etc
  • Respond to employee/retiree questions regarding the plans and their eligibility and participation in the plans.
  • Ensure enrollment, employee deferrals, and company contributions are processed correctly; make any necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
  • Review and oversee the processing of all pre-retirement documentation to ensure benefits are appropriately established.
  • Ensure that all benefit records and plan documents are complete, accurate, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures.
  • Facilitate retirement meetings to help educate employees on plan features and options.


Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Two (2) years of Human Resource program administration experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous benefits administration, specifically administering and maintaining a 401k program.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, effectively, and courteously, both orally and in writing.
  • Outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Highly organized and able to work well within time constraints
  • Microsoft Excel, Dynamics, Word, PowerPoint


General Qualifications to work in GardaWorld include:

  • Pass a background check and drug screen.
