Title: Low Voltage Installation Technician
Pay: $21 - $25 / hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm
Location: Tennessee and surrounding territory - must have valid and current drivers license

The Role:
Lead the charge to what make this Company “tick” with our customers--design, install, service, test and maintain all of our state-of-the-art Mobile Surveillance Units (MSUs). Partnering with operations department to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, supporting a regional supervisor.

What We’re Looking for:
  • Muti- tasking is vital, must be able to resolve and remediate customers issues in a timely manner.
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments with all ECAMSECURE solutions.
  • Maintain CRM database by updating activity
  • Must be able to drive and travel up to 70% of the time
  • Duties as assigned

Essential Functions: 
  • Provide high level administrative support for your regional supervisor and operations team.
  • Directly work with operations related to all accounts, initiating administrative functions. (RPM Work Orders)  
  • Support and service existing accounts, providing customer service to clients, and coordinating requests.
  • Collaborate with all internal departments to resolve work orders, and inventory issues in a timely manner. 
  • Communicate consistently with operations on customer service issues.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of company SOP’s, products, and services 
  • Document all requests and status updates in CRM 
  • Assist subcontractors, installers, project coordinators, engineering manager and salespersons with site surveys.
  • Maintain regular updates with branch staff.
  • Maintain high level of knowledge in mobile surveillance and other related technologies.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and meet company driver requirements
  • One year’s experience in CCTV or alarm installation.
  • Technical background in CCTV and security; understanding of basic electricity (low voltage) and electronics.
  • Strong understanding of job safety practices.
  • Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Dynamics, Internet Explorer, and have the propensity for achieving a high level of skill in the various software applications
  • Ability to work independently, as well as within a team, and with limited resources.
  • Pass all hiring requirements, including background, drug test

  • What you’ll need to bring to the Table: 
  • AA degree or relevant experience  
  • -1-3 years of professional experience
  • -A strong aptitude for problem solving, highly detailed, analytical, organized & quality driven 
  • -Excellent listening skills with a high level of initiative and follow-through 

The Physical Part:
  • Must be able to maintain concentration, visual acuity, and alertness for long periods of time.
  • Must have manual dexterity to manage telephones and computer equipment simultaneously and with respect to other duties.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, move and respond.
