Bonus - $1500 retention bonus – this would be a full pay out upon 90 days of good standing employment.

Security Services Account Manager
GardaWorld Security is seeking an Account Manager in Rockford, IL located near the Chicago-Rockford Airport. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day security operations for an assigned account, handling personnel management, client relations, training, payroll, scheduling, and problem-solving. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Security Officer Scheduling and Coordination
  • Efficiently schedule security officers, ensuring optimal coverage.
  • Respond promptly to client and officer needs.
  • Coordinate security patrols as necessary.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally.
Client Representation
  • Be the positive face of GardaWorld.
  • Advocate for client needs with precision and goal-oriented thinking.
  • Motivate success in day-to-day tasks.
Relationship Building
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees.
  • Serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, the client, and our assigned staff.
Operational Excellence
  • Supervise day-to-day security service delivery to the client, maintaining the highest standards.
  • Regularly meet with the client to address issues, provide updates, and communicate needs.
Team Leadership
  • Participate in hiring selections, orientation, training, and ongoing development.
  • Foster a positive and motivated team environment.
Accuracy and Compliance
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in payroll and billing processes.
  • Maintain full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to the assigned account.
  • Maintain full compliance with all contractual requirements.
Emergency Response
  • Swiftly respond to critical situations, demonstrating sound judgment and effective decision-making.
  • Documentation and Procedural Adherence
  • Read and write detailed incident reports.
  • Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards consistently.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be at least 21 years of age as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of security experience, including leadership roles.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to excellence.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and emergency protocols.
