At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Phoenix, AZ:
Compensation: $21.00 / hour
Shift: Varies (On Call) - MUST BE AVAILABLE TO COVER THE SHIFTS BELOW ANY DAYS OF THE WEEK
- Shift 1 - On call 2:00pm to 10:00pm (40 hours per week, days vary)
- Shift 2 - On call 10:00pm to 6:00am (40 hours per week, days vary)
Phoenix Children’s Hospital Employment Perks:
- Excellent Pay: $20/hr for Security Officers, $21/hr for Special Response Officers, & $24/hr for Security Supervisors

Your background:
- You have a valid Arizona Guard License (Required)
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!

Education
