Join GardaWorld, the world’s largest privately-owned security services company, and play a crucial role in our Accounting and Finance team as an Assistant Billing Manager. Based at our St. Louis headquarters, you'll be an integral part of our Customer Financial Support team, working with our Billing Analysts, branches, accounting, and Financial Analyst teams. The successful candidate will assist with all billing functions. This position requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to meet daily challenges with an entrepreneurial spirit.

- Salary: $60,000 / year
- Work Site Location: 100% Onsite at Corporate Office, St. Louis, MO
- Set Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Your Responsibilities
- Review weekly, bi-weekly, end of month, and first of month invoice register reports for billing accuracy prior to processing invoices.
- Invoice processing and distribution to our customers
- Navigate and have an understanding of our customers’ websites/portals.
- Facilitate communication with customer providing an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain our ERP system with accurate customer data.
- Complete reconciliations and audits as needed.
- Generate, review, and submit reports as required by the Customer Financial Services Director and/or the Billing Manager.
- Review employee weekly schedules for accuracy.
- Monitoring shared inboxes for timely responses to our customers.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or other related field.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Prior management or supervisor experience is a plus.
- Able to pass an extensive screening process.
